STEP 2. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n

  2. Send your statutory documents to ozentouristik@gmail.com.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    List of statutory documents:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Certificate of state registration of your agency (copy);<\/li>\n
    • Order on the appointment of a manager and a copy of his identity card\/or a power of attorney of an authorized person and his identity card (copy);<\/li>\n
    • Coupon notification of the start or termination of travel agency activities or – State license (for agencies registered before 2009).<\/li>\n
    • Add data to the PDF contract in the contract number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Important! As the contract number you need to indicate:<\/p>\n

      \u201cYour BIN-24\u201d, where your BIN is the BIN of your company, and 24 means the year of signing. For example, your BIN is 123456789101, therefore, in the contract number you indicate 123456789101-24.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      STEP 3. SIGNING THE AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n

      2 ways of signing:<\/p>\n

      1. Send the original contract to the actual address of the company

      2. Signing an electronic agreement on the Accounting.EDO portal

        STEP 4. ACCESS ACTIVATION<\/h3>\n

        After signing the agreement on our part, you need to wait for a response letter confirming the conclusion of the agreement and the successful activation of your login and password.<\/p>\n

        AGREEMENT WITH NON-RESIDENTS OF THE RK<\/h3>\n

        To receive a contract, you must send a request to ozentouristik@gmail.com<\/p>\n

        When concluding an agreement for non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following documents must be provided:<\/p>\n

        • Agreement signed by the agent;<\/li>\n
        • Extract from the unified register of registration of legal entities (copy);<\/li>\n
        • Charter;<\/li>\n
